Our business is the management, printing, reproduction and distribution of construction documents, specifically plans (what were once called blueprints), and contract specifications.

The idea to streamline architectural plan distribution via the Web was born by one of our founders and turned into a reality in 1994. DeWayne Adamson came up with idea while he was working on a bid for a construction project. He realized that the plans he was sending just a few miles away via FedEx were probably traveling hundreds of miles to Memphis and back. Why not set up a printing facility in Memphis and centralize the distribution of plans? And that is just what we did!

Our mission is to offer the best service in Centralized and Regional Print Ordering, Document Management and Distribution. We have regional facilities and print partners in many cities throughout the country that are located less than a mile from major overnight package carrier hubs and dispatch centers.

We average over 1000 delivered packages per day. Because of our strategic relationship with overnight carriers, we offer our customers late pickup, direct server connectivity and high volume discounts.

Today, Plan Express has grown beyond this simple yet sound business concept. We have a long list of customers who reap the benefits of centralized plan distribution. Our customers include the largest owners, construction managers, and contractors in the world! Our partnerships with key technology vendors allow us to offer a wider variety and higher quality level of services to all of our customers.
