How to View Documents Online

NetVue (by AccuSoft Corporation) Online Document Viewer Technical Information

Once you access your Private Plan Room, you can view both Plans and Specs. Select the project and then select the documents to view. We provide you with a free 'viewer' for download.

What's a viewer? It is software that allows you to easily view the plans and specifications via your computer. It only takes a minute to download.

Step 1 The first time you view plans, you will be prompted to "Run and Install NetVue" from Accusoft Corporation. This is the online viewer you download for free viewing of plans. - Check the box "Always Trust Content from Accusoft Corporation" and choose yes. This will be the only time you see this prompt. - Accept the NetVue security dialog. The dialog box may appear twice. - Click 'Yes' to download the NetVue Viewer and view the selected document. To choose not to receive the security warning for NetVue in the future, check the 'Always trust content from AccuSoft Corporation' box.

Step2 Click "Grant this Session" to download the NetVue Viewer and view the selected document. To choose not to receive the security warning for NetVue in the future, select "Grant always".

Step 3
If a dialog box similar to the examples displayed above will not appear, the component Java Virtual Machine is more than likely not present. An empty box is another indicator that Java Virtual Machine may not be installed. To obtain the latest version of Java Virtual Machine, click here.

After downloading Java Virtual Machine, exit your Web browser, reopen a Web browser, and try again.

If the dialog box or document will not appear after downloading Java Virtual Machine and resetting the internet browser, visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download ALL critical updates for the computer system being used.

Note: Local network privileges at your office (or home) may prevent the downloading of new components or updates needed to view documents within the Plan Express, Inc. Plan Room. In such a case, please consult your Local Network Administrator.
