'Current Set' and Revision Procedures
- Project Information screen - displayed after a project is selected from within a plan room.
This screen outlines the revisions for the selected project.
- Current Set - another option that is available from this screen. The "Current Set" will reflect
the latest revision. The "Current Set" and the latest revision are essentially the same thing. They
both contain all of the latest documents.
- First Issue - is generally the first revision listed and only contains the documents for the
initial release. Typically, all revisions that follow the First Issue will contain new documents plus
documents from the preceding revisions that were not reissued.
- Items New to this Revision - this feature is located within the drop-down menu on the "Revision
Information" screen. The "Revision Information" screen can be found by selecting a project and a revision
(the "Revision Preset Selections" screen may appear - this is an optional feature - click the "View All Plans"
buttons to reach the "Revision Information" screen from here). Once the "Items New to this Revision" feature
is selected, the documents that were revised in the selected revision will be identified by a check mark in the
box to the left of each document number and description.
