Security and Cookie Settings If your Web browser's security and cookie settings are higher than the default settings, you may experience problems logging into the Plan Express, Inc. plan rooms. To remedy this problem, the security and cookie settings must be reset to their default state. Please follow the directions below: To reset Internet Explorer's security setting within the Windows Operating System: 1. Go to the "Start Menu" , then the "Settings Menu", and select "Control Panel". 2. From within the "Control Panel", select "Internet Options". 3. After selecting "Internet Options", the "Internet Properties" dialog box will appear. 4. Select the "Security Tab" on the dialog box. 5. If the security settings are at a custom level or are not already set at the medium level, click the "Default Level" button and the security settings should return to medium. 6. After the security settings have been reset, move on to the "Privacy tab". If the "Privacy tab" is not present, an older version of Internet Explorer is being used. Disregard steps 6 through 7. 7. If the cookie settings are on a custom level or are not already set at the medium level, click the "Default Level" button and the cookie settings should return to medium |
