Set Up a FREE Private Plan Room
New Users
After we create your free Private Plan Room, you may send us your documents via email, FTP or ship
your plans via Free FedEx Pickup and we will receive the
plans by the next business morning. Either way, Plan Express will populate your Private Plan Room
for you for free. We do this to ensure quality control. All documents are scanned, indexed, and
cataloged so that you can easily access them and order online.
- Invite others to your plan room: Other members of your team or vendors can get personal
user names and passwords to your Private Plan Room. You can also designate generic usernames and
passwords for your plan room. Your team members and vendors will love having online access to plans
for jobs they are bidding!
- Save money and time: Plan Express is setting a trend in the reprographics industry.
Subcontractors and vendors are willing to pay for their own plans and specifications. Our system allows
them to view plans online and get a general idea of the scope of work, therefore allowing them to only
order what they need. Then they can order and receive documents from the comfort of their office, home,
or anywhere they have access to the Internet. No longer are they forced to waste valuable time driving
across town to pick up their plans. Plans can be on their desk as early as 10 AM the next business day
at no cost to you.
