Work-Arounds to Online Ordering

Currently, the "Shopping Cart" feature and other additional features are still in the developmental stages. Some orders cannot be placed through the online plan room. Orders that fall into this category must be submitted using other means. Examples of these types of order are:

1. Complex Orders

Orders requiring half size and full size documents;
Orders requiring different amounts of copies for drawings and specifications; and
Orders for multiple projects going to the same location, etc.

2. International Orders - Most international orders cannot be placed through the online planroom at this time.

3. Customer Account Orders - Customer Account Orders, at this time, can only be placed in the company's private plan room. If an order needs to be placed in another company's plan room, the order will have to be submitted manually. The other means by which the orders can be alternatively submitted are via
