What Is Zip-Direct?

"ZIP-Direct" is a delivery option that is available through the Plan Express, Inc. online plan rooms. The delivery option allows a customer to download electronic copies of construction documents to be printed locally. The large format drawings are provided in TIFF format, and the small format specification documents are provided in PDF format. The option can be selected from the same "Delivery Options" drop-down menu as FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, and the other delivery methods. After "ZIP-Direct" is selected from the "Delivery Options" drop-down menu, entering an email address and making the billing arrangements will finalize the order.

Upon completion of the order, as with any order, the customer will receive a 6-digit order identification number. An email will be sent by our staff containing additional instructions and a link to the pick-up location for the documents.
