Plan Express Return/Refund Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized by Plan Express, and must be sent by way of prepaid freight. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Plan Express is not responsible for damages in transit due to improper packaging. A restocking charge may apply.
Plan Express notifies individuals of refunds via email, USPS, or phone once we have received and processed the returned item. EDI clients will receive a credit on their next regularly scheduled EDI. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
